Tarvant, based in CDMX, Mexico (Torre Mitikah, Coyoacán), is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this site. For any privacy matter you can write to hello@tarvant.com.

2. Data we collect

This site has no forms or user accounts. We only receive the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email (hello@tarvant.com) or through this site's chat: your name, your email address or phone number, and the content of your message.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to handle your request, reply to your message and, where applicable, follow up on a commercial conversation you initiated. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The only piece of data stored in your browser is your answer to the cookie notice (accepted or rejected), kept in local storage (localStorage) under the key "tarvant-cookie-consent" as a record of your consent. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

5. Your rights (ARCO)

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your personal data by writing to hello@tarvant.com. We will handle your request within the periods set by applicable Mexican law (LFPDPPP).
